Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma and Adam at the start of the house selling process and found them engaging, professional and kept me in the loop at every stage, even if there was nothing concrete to report, they kept me abreast at all times, and then unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. Although it was an unexpected lengthy process, I found the communication poor and I was not kept informed at all stages.

We cannot thank Paul Meakin estate agents enough for everything they done with the sale of our house. The staff’s constant abundance of positivity and motivation when at times we felt like giving up was absolutely invaluable. A special thank you to Amelia who was absolutely fantastic is a real asset to the establishment. She always kept us updated on everything, was always so engaging and never gave up on our “quirky” house. Also a special thank you to Emma Meakin who continually helped us throughout the selling journey, from the very start to the finish. And to Natalie Chapman and Michelle Roberts who saw us over the finishing line! :-) We would certainly recommend Paul Meakin estate agents to EVERYONE!!!!

Amelia is one of the best estate agents…
Amelia is one of the best estate agents we have ever come across, and we are on our third home! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. My wife was delayed due to feeling unwell, so it was lovely that it was no bother for her to give us extra time for the viewing.
