Patterson Companies Reviews

Place is miserable , treat drivers like dirt, The brokers steal from everyone including co trucks

I use Patterson for all of my LTL and FTL needs. They always to a great job and at a fair price. Unlike so many other brokerages that are unresponsive when there's issues with carriers, my rep is always available to assist which I appreciate. I've used many companies to move my freight, and Patterson is easily one of the best!

Patterson Companies are a valuable partner of Literati Book Fairs! They have competitive pricing, reliable customer service, and very personable employees. We enjoy working with Ashlee, Brett, and Chris on all of our truckload and LTL needs. Thank you from the Literati OPS team!

Ashlee at PattersonCo has been fantastic to work with. She is always quick to reply and get our shipments setup. Very knowledgeable and always helpful with whatever we need to get moved.

Zack has been great to work with! He is reliable, communicative, and gets the job done.

During our meeting/ onboarding with Zack we found that he embodied customer service and checked off all our boxes which led to Patterson covering our heaviest ordering customer on spot lanes a number of times until we locked Zack/ patterson on RFP for the lane, we couldn't be happier after 29 lanes together. The team at Patterson has been a great partner for our company ensuring we make our deliveries On time, at Spec

I have worked with Shan Alvi over the years. He is always great to work with. Transportation will always have it's hiccups, and I say its how you recover from those unforeseen circumstances. Shan is a great trouble shooter, and when something happens we work together to get it resolved.

Ashlee has made my experience with Patterson companies seamless and easy. She is quick to responded to my emails and get completive quotes for the freight we need moved with no issues for the consignee. I would highly recommend Ashlee at Patterson companies if you needed freight moved and you need a response / quote today.
