I'm currently working on my story with Patrick White Publishing, and Erick and Jessica have been consistently professional throughout the process. Their team grasp my story well, especially through the illustrations.

Although being an inexperienced 'new comer' into the publishing field, l have found both Ethan and Jessica to be very helpful on my journey. I have only just started and appreciate their guidance in assisting me in writing an interesting and 'logical' book. Communication flows with this organisation and they have presented 'as professional' from the start. At this stage, my book is a work in progress.

This is my first venture into publishing, i come from a Fine Arts /Maori background, and i found staff, Jessica in prticular very possitive and helpful through this process, being involved and being listened to has been important (as i have a basic design background as well) Its been a positive experience to date. At the beginning of this process I asked to have all of the finacial details laid out infront of me (no hidden costs on my behalf). I think that this is important . At times i have d had to mine some of the details.

They took a tiny idea for a novel, saw possibilities and guided, encouraged, enabled an emerging fiction author, approaching 80! It's been one hell of a ride so far and we are not yet at the finish line. They have been approachable, they fix stuff, they listen, they care . I love them. Very professional young folks.i had only written non fiction, we built a bridge together.

This contract has been hard won. Ethan Hale did a stirling job when at the very beginning I decided not to go ahead. The service he has provided had been totally professional, his skill in his field has been so much appreciated. Rebecca is a joy, nothing is too much trouble, she has gone above and beyound the call of duty to make this precess easy and trouble free. Thank you both so much.

I have been completely satisfied to have the team edit and help make the story more readable. Jessica was respectful of my life story. The pricepoint for my children's book was competitive. You have a contact person assigned from day one which was fabulous as there was always 1:1 interaction. Most is done via email. Adjustments & updates were always done within 24-48hrs. The quality of the digitalised artwork from the original illustrations were lovely & the books cover is exactly how I'd imagined. Their team also helped with the final forms to upload the book prior to publication.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with Patrick White Publishing on my children’s book, The Brave Inside Me. The team has been supportive, responsive and patient throughout the process. I’ve felt genuinely involved in the development of the book, from the illustrations and cover design through to the finer details. Whenever I’ve asked for changes or adjustments, communication has been easy and the team has been willing to work through them with me. We’re now moving into the final formatting stage, and I’m very happy with how everything has come together so far. I had been sitting on a lot of work for more than a decade and finally took the plunge. After researching publishers I decided on Patrick White Publishing. My initial contact was received well and then after I posted the manuscript, the team swung into gear. Within a two weeks my chapters were being edited, even three sketches were sent for my perusal. The conference call with all the team, the ideas we exchanged, enhancements for the book, I decided to rewrite the entire manuscript. It's hard to put forward a decent review when a short experience is how to justify my comments however, I will be with PWP for a good while to come. Highly recommended and don't be afraid to put your projects to them. Well done guys.
