I'll just relate an effort to buy a am/fm battery/plug-in radio. Nothing fancy here...basic portable radio...sku rf2400. Radio arrived, new batteries installed to exact specs, and battery power didn't work. Plug in fine. Returned the radio and second one arrived. Wife and adult son re-checked my, by the directions, battery install...no battery power to radio. Plug in fine. Panasonic response essentially, Oh well, take it to a Panasonic dealer! Never intended this a "life quest"..just wanted a portable radio.
This company is terrible. They offer BD-RE DL optical media which is blue ray rewritable disks with a capacity of 50Gb and charge a rediculous amount for them! What are we in the dark ages? Rewriteable optical media is critical for computer data backups. The ability to wipe disks or rewrite them for this purpose is critical for backing up personal private data. The market for rewritable high capacity optical media is held back by companies like this. Rewritable CDs, DVDs, and BD (blue ray) have been around for ages and we still have to pay an arm and leg for it. I'd like to see the market improve with lower cost high capacity rewritable optical media. Today's only real option for backing up personal data to prevent computer disasters is hard drives and hard drives love to fail, the whole reason for backups!
I sent my Lumix camera in for repair. I received not one, but three estimates - each asking for more money. The shipping was sub-par and left the camera open to damage. It had a sheet of bubble wrap rolled around it, but the bubble wrap wasn’t secured so the camera slipped out and might have bounced around in the package. The camera seems to work but I hope it didn’t get any internal damage from the lack of appropriate packing. I would not recommend the Panasonic repair service unless something was under warranty.

De cashback administratie van panasonic is een ramp. Veel te veel info vragen ze. Het ergste is nog dat je de EAN in moet vullen. Maar ze leggen niet uit hoe die er uit ziet.Ben er een uur mee bezig geweest. En dat voor die rottige 50 euro.

I bought a shaver which included a "warrantee". Cannot reach anyone to discuss problems. Terrible customer support! I am in business myself, and I find this unacceptable! I would caution anyone about this company's customer support.

I bought a Panasonic Inverter Microwave from Walmart, it messed up in less than 10 months from when I bought it, when I finally figured out how to get a hold of them because they make it nearly impossible to be able to contact them, they told me to take it to a service center that wasn’t even in business anymore (this is proof of how terrible of a company they are) and then told me they would contact me when they found a solution, after so long I had to send it out and finally I got it back which wasn’t even fixed and came back scratched to the point it wasn’t even looking new anymore. All they said was that they were sorry, didn’t even bother offering a refund or anything. PANASONIC is a sh!t company and I would advise you to NEVER pay for insurance on their products either, their products are sh!t and you will just waste money on both the item and the coverage because it will be useless.

Our Panasonic Plasma TV is 12 years old and still works! I also vlog with a Panasonic 4K camera that works great! I love that Panasonic makes home phones that tell who who is calling instead of a normal ring. I love that you make quality products for a good price. I paid $300 for the camera on a sale. I would recommend Panasonic. I hope Panasonic does not die soon.

Panasonic OLED TX-55HZW984 55inch Oled TV, good Quality, good manual build quality better than LG or Samsung, which I had before this, had a Panasonic as my first Led tv ( Panasonic Viera) still amazed by the quality then and Now. I can recommend the Panasonic Old, it won't be a disappointment.Value for money
