Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

Used to collect 4 x alloy wheels from South Wales to Dorset at a fixed rate it seemed to make sense rather than put myself through the 3 hour each way drive. All went without a hitch.If I had read the FAQs I would have known to tell the seller he needed to be in from 08:00-18:00 for collection and vice versa for receiving.For receiving I was notified by text of a an approx collection time but that didn't happen for the collection. However very happy wheels arrived in tact.Please also make note of the packing requirements.
Excellent service. Straightforward online booking process, collection within the predicted timeframe, fast reliable transit to the delivery address. Couldn't ask for more.
I've never shipped a bike before (let's face it not many people have!) so was apprehensive. Once you read that you need to box the bike (Paisley supply the right box if you wish) and take handlebars and peddles off then it's a cinch. I was kept up to date every step of the way and it was totally smooth. Well done to everyone involved. Thank you.
An excellent service from start to finish. I began by checking some details out on the phone then completed the online booking (I wanted 4 wheels and tyres collected from someone selling them on Gumtree). Easy to follow website and follow up emails came as promised. I had to email them a minor correction to the collection address and this was responded to immediately. Collection happened as planned and delivery was made next day. All in all an excellent service at a very reasonable price.
bought 4 alloys of ebay took a days holiday from work so i was in for delivery when they turned up there was only three delivery driver told me it had most probably been sent somewhere else thats put a damper on my day
Brilliant service! Bike was picked up by courier the next day, left a note to the driver giving authority to take from our named safe place as wouldnt be in & it was delivered first thing next morning 😊
I’ve used Paisley freight a few times now to ship bicycles all over the Uk. Their collection and delivery times are always accurate and reliable and service is outstanding. Last time I used them they went over and above their normal SLa to deliver a package after 3 missed deliveries due to the recipient not being at home. Highly recommend 👍👍
