Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend
I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.
I use Paisley freight often and always the service was great but today my parcel( £300 bike) was left outside my door on a residential west london road with no phone call or ring on the door. I was in since it supposed to be delivered before 4pm but at 4.55pm I’ve checked tracking and it showed it has been delivered and signed so I ran to check outside and it was left there. Please Paisley freight don’t go to Hermes style.
Have used Paisley Freight a few times in the past with no issues. This most recent occasion they missed the collection date but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was after a Bank Holiday so contacted customer services rearrange collection for another day. This collection was missed AGAIN, so I contacted CS again to complain and ask for an explanation, their response was 'We apologise for the inconvenience caused, however, we do advise delays are likely prior to booking.' Shocking customer service with no real resolution offered and no attempt to restore my faith in the company. Will not be using them again due to this poor experience.
Ordered 4 rims + tyres off eBay and arranged to have them collected and delivered to me by Paisley Freight. I was kept informed throughout the process from collection to when they would be delivered. They were collected on time, and delivered to me on time. Very satisfied and I'll certainly use Paisley Freight again.
Sent many many bikes through them not one has been missing or damaged. I am sure one will go missing eventually but much better than competitors. Always insure the bike to full value though.
I would give Paisley Frieght zero stars if I could but unfortunately this is not an option on Trustpilot. I booked a collection for a set of van wheels but the driver missed them despite precise instructions as to their location - there was no communication from Paisley whatsoever that there was a problem. Paisley refused to return to the address saying "We do not recommend leaving goods safe, the service you paid for is to hand the goods to the driver." They wanted to charge an additional fee to arrange another collection. This feels very much like a ploy to maximise revenues to me. Also, the company's phones are all out of action and the only method of contact is by email. Questions posed by email are missed and the responses you do receive are rude and curt. I have asked repeatedly for a call back but nobody in the company seemingly has a telephone (personal or otherwise). I would never entrust Paisley again and I would encourage everyone to use a different company. Truly terrible customer service.
Terrible service. Delivered box for bike ok but never collected the packaged bike.
On booked collection day no show and no communication from them. Next day I contacted Paisley who said it has been re-booked for that day. Told driver on way at 4pm, didn’t show up. Contacted on third day and asked if I wanted collection re-booking! Totally unreliable. Did receive refund but also had a 500 mile drive to collect bike and £20 wasted for unnecessary bike box.
Like most shipping companies - fine if everything goes to plan but absolutely NO HELP WHATSOEVER if a parcel is delayed/undelivered etc. I had no response at all from Paisley Freight. Shockingly poor customer service.
