Stay away from Pair
Not very happy with them at all, went online, paid for a new battery for my iPhone 13 mini. Went to the crescent shopping centre which was 45 mins away on a Saturday to be told to come back on Monday. Came back on the Monday to be told they didn’t have it in stock, should have told me that on the Saturday! Asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and have being totally ignored, no reply. No reply is a reply so gonna take this further and look to be compensated for my expenses as well. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Pair, worst customer service ever!

I had a problem with my phone , I went into Pair Blanchardstown today & they were able to fix it there & then. The young lady I dealt with was so helpful. I would highly recommend Pair

Brilliant Service
I had to have my phone fitted with a new battery. The service was excellent. An issue arose with the repair that was not a fault on Pair Mobile's part. The man I was dealing with could not have been more supportive. He had to order a part for the phone and had the issue resolved within a couple of hours. How you know how good a service is with how they deal when an issue arises.. Full marks here to Liffey Valley PAIR Mobile.

Extremely disappointed
I recently had a highly disappointing experience at PAIR. I bought a charger from them and was assured that I could return it if it wasn't the correct one. However, after just 10 minutes, I found out from another shop that the charger wouldn't work for my device. When I went back to PAIR to return it, they informed me that they don't do refunds and only offer a gift card. I explained my situation, mentioning that I am only in Ireland for a holiday and won't know when I'll be back. The staff's response was indifferent, simply stating that the gift card doesn't expire. This was extremely frustrating because if I had known about their no-refund policy, I wouldn't have made the purchase in the first place. Overall, I found the service at PAIR very unhelpful and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend shopping there, especially if you’re not a local resident. Their return policy is misleading, and the staff lacks empathy for customer concerns. Very disappointing.

Excellent experience in Pair Mobile, Pavillions SC Swords, yesterday. Staff could not have been more helpful, especially a young lady called Esther! Transferred all my data from old phone to new, without a problem. Highly recommend ....
