Stay away from Pair
Not very happy with them at all, went online, paid for a new battery for my iPhone 13 mini. Went to the crescent shopping centre which was 45 mins away on a Saturday to be told to come back on Monday. Came back on the Monday to be told they didn’t have it in stock, should have told me that on the Saturday! Asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and have being totally ignored, no reply. No reply is a reply so gonna take this further and look to be compensated for my expenses as well. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Pair, worst customer service ever!
Phone repair
I had a problem with my phone , I went into Pair Blanchardstown today & they were able to fix it there & then. The young lady I dealt with was so helpful. I would highly recommend Pair

I went to Blanchardstown to get an advice on a broken phone, technician was amazing, he explained exactly what happened to the phone, some chip got damaged, gave me a discounted price for the battery as well and had done it the same day, 5 stars all the way

A real find!
I dropped and smashed my phone screen.I knew that the phone was gone but really wanted to save the non-backed up data. Peeyush(and I may not be spelling his name properly-Apologies!)in Dundrum,Pair,successfully transferred all my data to my new phone.As another reviewer has said here Peeyush inspires confidence.He is calm,confident,explains clearly(essential for an older customer like myself!)believes in service and obviously likes his job! Siobhan.

Poor screen replacement quality / forgot to give me a refund
I went to pair to get my screen fixed on my iPhone .it took 1 hour to do and payed€120 for it . I later realised that my phone was not the same after and that the screen was not of good quality . I asked for a refund and got my old screen back . The refund didn’t come through and I had to go back a second time to finally get it a week after they told me i would get my refund , so deceiving ,unprofessional And are not reliable wouldn’t recommend

Saved my day
I need to praise Peeyush from Dundrum Pairmobile. He resurrected my phone twice. For the first time when my screen broke and nothing on it could be seen. A different repair shop told me that the phone was gone, but Peeyush just went and fixed it fantastically. And just today he also fixed a charging issue I had with the same phone. He did it as a courtesy within half an hour and completely free of charge. No words can express how much I appreciate this.

Amazing service
iPhone 8 Plus smashed from an object falling on it in the gym. Contacted pair mobile whilst working from home. They had a courier out to pick up my phone within 30 minutes. It was collected, fixed and dropped back to me within 3 hours. Absolutely amazing service would 100% recommended.

Brilliant. Totally recommend
Couldn’t rate the service from Peeyush who runs the Dundrum Pair Mobile higher. Don’t normall bother to write reviews but on this occasion really felt it was deserved. Had to get a repair done on an unusual curved phone of my daughters... had rung around a few places ... he was the only one that filled me with any confidence ... everyone else a little terrified of it. He could not have been nicer ... phone now perfect. Will definitely use Again in the future.

Bad - unbelievable!!!
I paid a deposit for a battery replacement for my Xiaomi Mi 4c phone on 20th Oct. I was told that the replacement battery would have to be ordered and would take two weeks. Three weeks later I got a text to say that the part had arrived. I called to the shop in Swords the next day and when I called back I was told that they had ordered the wrong part. I asked them to re-order the part and was told it would take another two weeks. That was on 10th Nov. I am still waiting for the replacement battery. Unbelievable!!!

Not trust worthy !
I handed in my phone for a screen repair Monday, and they told me it would take 1 hour to fix, to be fair they were close to closing, but they told me the technician would take care of it first thing next morning. Next day after work (16:45) i came to pickup my phone, but i could not get it, due to the "glue still drying". they then told me i could pick it up Wednesday, but only 1 hour after the technician was meeting in. I the asked to see my phone (that i could see her having in her hand at the repair stand). But she wouldn't let me. The whole thing leaves me with a feeling that they forgot to fix my phone, (this is of course bad, but still human.) But i could have been without the lie`s, i am got a offer for repair for 155euro and chooses them only because they offered a "same day repair", as i already had a price from another vendor 110 euro 2-3 day repair. I will update this later, to tell if they build me full price.
