Stay away from Pair
Not very happy with them at all, went online, paid for a new battery for my iPhone 13 mini. Went to the crescent shopping centre which was 45 mins away on a Saturday to be told to come back on Monday. Came back on the Monday to be told they didn’t have it in stock, should have told me that on the Saturday! Asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and have being totally ignored, no reply. No reply is a reply so gonna take this further and look to be compensated for my expenses as well. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Pair, worst customer service ever!

I had a problem with my phone , I went into Pair Blanchardstown today & they were able to fix it there & then. The young lady I dealt with was so helpful. I would highly recommend Pair

lovely, patient and professional staff

Beware Fake Guarantee
Went to get battery replaced. When completed camera on the phone did not work correctly (has been working daily for last three years). Gentleman said that was nothing to do with him. I looked for my money back. Gentleman said he would give me my money back but demanded €25 for his time!! I insisted on getting my money back. At this he took the phone and worked on it for some time until the camera was working properly again. Unpleasant experience all round.

Excellent Service

Nihad at PAIR - What a LEGEND
Nihad at PAIR, was veru upfront and honest about what he could and couldn't do with my Huawei p30. He first completed something on it for free and after our holiday, my dual sim was reading properly. He replaced the part and was quick and efficient. I'd recommend PAIR for any mobile issues/repair. Ask for Nihad. He's a legend.
