Baught a bike. They went bump while it was under warranty still. I now have a 500pound bill for stator reg rectifyer replacement which paddocks should have sorted for me for free. I hear a rumor they re opened under the name pro moto down by bulls bank industrial estate. I used them for years with no issues. Gutted dosent even cover how I feel
The company never paid my finance off , been trying to contact them no answer on what app or calls, Can any one tell me if the company is still open thanks
Absolutely brilliant team to deal with. Luke and Ellie are both friendly welcoming and honest salespeople. I have recently px’d my bike with them. Craig brought my new bike to me and he was very helpful indeed. Excellent team

Bought my bike from Paddock Yamaha, great experience all round, very friendly and made time for me to view the bike on a Saturday when they had a demo day on. Very honest and helpful, Luke delivered the bike when he said and got everything sorted quickly. If and when an upgrade is needed I shall be going back!

Big thank you to Jack and Joe. I just purchased a brand new Yamaha T Max Tech Max ( If you have never ridden one you really should try their demo….). A great experience from start to finish and I couldn't recommend them enough! After delivery I received a phone call to make sure I was happy with the bike and Jack emailed me a .pdf of the user manual which I was unable to find on the Yamaha website! Thanks also to Kieran who delivered the scooter down to Essex for me.
