I saw an offer on Facebook for air coolers under the name Ozzi Cool selling 4 air coolers for £44. I thought it looked like a good deal So - I ordered 4 for £44. Once I had paid online and given my bank details, I then received an invoice for £175.96. I contacted my bank immediately and they say I have to wait for the order to go through before they can do anything. I am a pensioner and cannot afford all this. How can this company - Ozzi Home - conduct such scandalous business practice? I have emailed them demanding a refund immediately and to cancel my order. I will let you know what happens
Lucky to get one star. I emailed them the day the hearing aids arrived as they said 90 day return policy. Won't let me return them at all then offered a miserly £15 Avoid like the plague. They do not answer emails or honour their own offers. I didn't even know I was dealing with a company called Ozzie home. June July 2025

Although in placing the order I made an error in quantity, The staff where kind enough to work with me until all was cleared up. This Company I know, care about their customers. I am still getting used to the product and I know I made a good choice on this purchase. Dorothy "

"90 Day Guarantee On All Orders" Don't believe it The advertising for the hearing aids stressed the 90 Day return policy but in reality they do not honor that. I was told an item can only be returned if it has been unopened. I found the hearing aids uncomfortable and not suitable. Interesting to note, the hearing aids were shipped from Vernon, CA but their return requirement provides an address in China. Caveat Emptor could not be more meaningful with this company. Product not as advertised.Returning the products are almost impossible. I have to pay for return and customs fees!! I feel like I am getting the run around. I would not recommend Ozzi Home to anyone. On the return page I asked for a label. Never received and not talking about custom fees until one goes to guarantee is deceptive.

The Ozzi Cool Air Conditioner, for US$ 69.99, doesn't work at all. It is just an expensive fan that feels cool if you are sitting within one meter of the device (my cheap ordinary fan does the same thing). I have called and emailed and although they seem to want to help me, offering me a Neck Cooler, one that Amazon sells for about $29 Canadian on Amazon, I declined the offer, stating I wanted a return of my money. I explained to them that I did a number of experiments after buying two thermometers. One was putting a thermometer in the opposite corner of my living room and the other only about a meter directly in front of the device. The thermometer nearest the device, after about two hours, was only about 1 or 2 degrees Celsius cooler that the other thermometer. The other thermometer did not change its reading at all—staying at about 25 degrees Celsius. I also enclosed the two thermometers in emptied kitchen cupboards, one with the Ozzi Cool inside. Again, after about 2 hrs the temperatures were only about 2 degrees different—hardly the freezing temperatures that some “reviewers” gave on the advertising website. I also placed the device in a small bathroom and in my 4.5 meter RV, all having the same results. Eventually, though apologetic, they informed me via email that their return 60 day money back guarantee was only good if the unit was not removed from the original packaging. I have now informed them that I have contacted PayPal with the problem and Paypal has said they will investigate the sale.

I found this thieving company on Facebook. I decided to order a couple of their cooling fans but then thought against it, I closed the page. Having already entered my credit card details, They ran the order through anyway, despite having closed the web page entirely. My credit card was charged half an hour later, half an hour after that I emailed customer service. It took them a day and a half to get back to me saying that the order could not be stopped or canceled that it was already in the shipping process. That was about a week ago. Yesterday I got confirmation my package was on the way. They could have stopped it and charged back my credit card. Again, I never having finalized the deal. I've been in contact with Mastercard, they will get on the case and eventually get my money back from these thieves. Unfortunately, it will probably take about a month and a half to two months. Do not even go on this company's web page, they will rob you blind.

Hab heute eine Lieferung bekommen die ich nicht bestellt habe, ueber Shopify, mir völlig unbekannt, alles zu DPD gebracht, die sollen es zurueck schicken 5 Sterne, war eine gute Zusammenarbeit und bin mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. I have just received a pair of hearing aids and l have done everything that you recommend, like a few other reviews l have read they don't work they are a whistling sound continuous. I spent £86 pounds on these and as a pensioner l can ill afford that amount of money therefore l want an address where l can send them back for a refund.
