Oxygen is amazing. Our realtor Michelle is one of the best we have had. She always sorts things out ASAP and was soooo helpful when we were searching for another home. She searched left right and center for us to get into a new home. We got accepted for one, but because of testing reasons we were not able to move in and we got this phone call 3 days before we had to move out. She got us a house the next day and we are just so blessed to have her as our realtor :D Thank you for looking after my Husband and I :)

Kia ora Oxygen Michelle has been my property Manager for approximately 14-15 months or so. I believe we have a good rapport. I find her to be very efficient and honest. If there is anything that needs doing for the property, and once I notify Michelle of any repairs that may need doing, or when she inspects the property and is informed by me, she does her very best to get things done, and I can say honestly that the repairs are done in a quick and timely matter. Michelle also relays messages between my-self and the Landlord, if the need arises. If the property is to be inspected, I receive notification when that is to happen and this gives me fair warning when she will be visiting and only so I can be there when the inspection time arrives, because I work 3-4mins from the property I am sent a txt to say she will be there at a certain time and she is on time. Over-all Michelle is a very good property Manager.

I’m happy renting under Oxygen Propriety Management.Their agent are very helpful and easy to work with.

It is my experience since I was introduced to Oxygen rentals in seeking for accommodation that I was met with friendly staff (Mrs. Michelle Fright) who was very professional and knowledgeable about her skill base in the housing sector. Understanding the pathway was made very clear Re: processes and there was at every turn, support was offered and completed with a very high standard of professionalism being very affable in her demeanor. I Note that I haven't been in a rental situation for over 35 years having owned my property, and due to a tragic personal experience, Mrs. Fright was was very aware and present to my situation and was again very thoughtful and supportive when she didn't have to be at level that showed a human side to her skill set in dealing with people. Though I have indicated the 5th Sept 2022, this has continued until the present date of the 17th May 2023 I felt safe and supported and would certainly would recommend Mrs Fright to others that were looking for a property to rent. Mrs. Fright continues to communicate clearly around the time of site visits to check on the property and residence which is actually a welcomed visit, and both residence on either side on me are pleasantly happy with Mrs. Frights interaction making three happy and satisfied tenants. I would like to thank Mrs. Fright for her ongoing service she is providing, extraordinary.

Our wonderful property manager michelle has been great, we havent been the best tenants for her due to circumstances. But she has been very good and helping us get through to being stable in our tenancy.She has good communication with her tenants and is good in fixing problems that need be done. Thank you michelle

Our landlord Michelle has great open communication with us. Always available when we need things done and quick to get someone around if need be. We've been in our home for 2 years and haven't had any issues. Michelle always checks to see if we're okay and needing any help with any maintenance. When the cyclone hit hawkes bay she called in to our home to check that we were okay and nothing was damaged. Michelle is an awesome landlord and we'd recommend her to others

Michelle is a wonderful lady. As soon as I have an issues no matter how big or small she gets them fixed right away. Always respectful and friendly when coming into my home. And very approachable. Really happy with her looking after me.

Once a property issue pops up our agent Faith Lloyd is quick with fixing up someone to come in with no delay. Responds only when needed and when a problem arrises which problems rarely do occur. Would recommend Oxygen to anyone (especially our agent)

Property manager Jamie was so easy deal with and very helpful during the 2 years we rented a property from Oxygen. Communication is great and sorting out issues (like maintenance that needed to be done) was a breeze

I have been a tenant of Oxygen for almost 5 years now and I have never had any bad or negative experiences with them. Our property manager Leanne Phillips is absolutely amazing. Shes always available when and if we need her, and anything we need tending to is attended to very quickly after I inform her. Shes very quick to reply to all communication. We've loved having her as our property manager she is awesome.

Working with Faith is easy and straight forward. Faith knows her stuff, keeps in regular contact and is extremely professional.

It is rare that you find a real estate agent like Leanne that is highly experienced, very passionate and uses initiative. These are crucial elements required as an overseas investor. Thank you Leanne for your impeccable service.
