My property manager is great. We are managed by Aileen Seales, and she’s always been very clear with all her comms to us, she’s very understanding of our circumstances and she gets any issues sorted immediately. Previously, I’ve been hesitate about notifying any issues on the property, because I’m always worried we might be evicted or landlords aren’t able to afford any repairs so no longer want to rent their property - however Aileen was really clear in he previous email that she wants to know about any issues. She didn’t seem to worry about the cost, or how something may have been a problem, but was very genuine on looking after us whilst in the property. It’s very lovely to see a genuine authentic property manager.

Highly recommend Oxygen who have been fantastic to deal with regarding renting out my home in Lower Hutt. I was originally hesitant to rent my property out however with the dip in the market I was left without a choice and very nervous about trusting anyone else with my first home. I met with a few different rental agencies and by far, Jan KENDRICK from oxygen was the best. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, timely, easy to deal with and is great with communication. She put me at ease from the start in trusting her with my home. My property manager is Tereasa and she has been fantastic from the first introduction, going above and beyond, even offering to work a Saturday and use her own connections to find the right match for my home. Quick and efficient with communication I have full trust in her looking after my property while I am out of the city.

The Hawkes Bay office ,which recently has been a challenging region, is extremely well lead by their Regional Manager ,Jamie Richardson ,who now has many years of hard earned experience in Property Management and augmented by well trained enthusiastic staff. Her attention to detail and passion for this often difficult area of Real Estate leaves her head and shoulders above other companies in the Hawkes Bay area.

My latest experience with Oxygen is when they installed the new heatpump. Was installed very fast due to my daughter working on backshift. We love the new heat pump.

Very friendly and cooperative staff specially our property manager Cushla Heaven Lee. She is always a quick responsive whenever I try to contact her. She is a quick problem solver as well. Overall great performance and cooperation from the team.
