Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.
I found our property manager very pleasant she was great to approach answered all our questions and honest which I like she said it how it was didnt try to talk anything up and gave us an oppotunity to get back on the renting train. Awesome communication very prompt at replying made renting a breeze after loosing our home to the floods.

Has always been a great landlord, went out of their way after the cyclone to make sure we were safe and if we needed anything further. Have always been open and punctual about information or services when required. Great professionalism and very easy to communicate with.

I appreciate the respect given to myself as the tenant, from the agent on inspections. She is not intrusive, and does what she must, in an efficient and timely manner.
