Great company, very helpful and they take good care of all the tenants in our area. Specially Faith Lloyd, she's very responsive to all of our calls and quickly do action if we need something to be fixed. I totally recommend this company.

Not only have they given us a home to rent these last 4 Going on 5 years they have also been consistent with communication and maintenance. With a small family and in these harsh times this means so much to us. Our Property Manager is Katy She is Awesome on so many levels. We are very greatful to have her shes considerate, kind and is very good at her job professionally. Anyone who knows her im sure would say the same .

Jade is an amazing property manager, Very Professional, efficient, kind and lovely to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for her and when I ring to get a repair done she's onto it straight away! She is a quite pleasant, friendly and understanding person who is willing to drop things to accommodate your requests for help!! We have had two property managers over the past 5 years and both have been fantastic. Currently, Jean is looking after 3 of our properties and every interaction has been so positive. Jean has been very responsive to both us and our tenants. She keeps us up to date and ensures that any issues are dealt with in really timely manner which is good for the property and also the tenants. Jean has a very professional manner but has real world experience making us very confident in our dealings with her, hence we are always very happy to go with her recommendation's. I always feel that Jean has our best interests at heart.

I receive my rent and statements on time. I am advised promptly of any maintenance needs. After being advised of quotes, any work agreed on is actioned promptly. I am very happy with the services of my property manager who keeps my property to the standard I am happy with and tenants have been long term.

Friendly and very quick to action things. Generally very pleased to be renting through Thereza and Oxygen.

Bailey from Oxygen is amazing. Communication is always open and clear. Signing up to Oxygen was the easiest process I’ve ever experienced. From contract to meeting Bailey for our meet and greet. I hope to always have Bailey as a property manager.

My wife and I felt welcome from day one, we had an issue with the unit and Jean had a contractor in to fix the issue, even thou it was the end of her working day
