Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.

Our property agent, Aileen Seales, was the absolute best. She was always on to it. Any concerns or questions we had were always addressed and she would always reply to our messages and emails very quickly. Aileen never made us feel like we were just another tenant, we felt like we had a personal friendship with her as she would always check up on us and always ensured that we were comfortable, happy and that there are no issues with living at the property. She was very patient and always so lovely. We had the absolute best and most pleasant experience with Oxygen and Aileen and we felt very well taken care of. We would highly recommend Oxygen and Aileen!

Aileen is a wonderful person who is always willing to help and listen us with any requirement or issue. She is our property manager for almost 2 years. She is just a call away if needed anytime. I purchased an investment property in Upper Hutt in 2006. I purchased the adjoining property in 2017. These properties were on a cross lease. Oxygen Property Management managed both these properties for me. Karen Stevens-Bevan manged my properties for a number of years after which Maria Aiulu managed my properties until I recently sold them. I have always worked away from home including working in Australia. I always had peace of mind knowing that my properties were in good hands through both Karen and then Maria. Both Karen and Maria were very easy to work with. They were always very friendly and professional. Maria went over and above to ensure that my properties were in good order and ready for settlement day when they were transferred over to the buyer. Binnie took over management of our tenancy for the last 9 months and she was nothing but professional, helpful and kind. She remained approachable and consistent in her communication throughout our tenancy. Binnie made an otherwise stressful moving out process easy for us and we are grateful for her patience and kind heartedness. We would recommend her to any renters and would love to have her again if we move back to Wellington.

Horrid. Useless landlords are unable to read and respond to emails, even the simplest of questions, and they will try and steal your bond. Oh I know the bond has been sorted (by the time you responded), it did however take days of trying to get my questions answered about what the charges would be for before you all finally gave up and got it back to me. So I believe "try and steal your bond" is still accurate. A further edit, when I said sorted, I did mean the bond form had been signed. I have now had to chase to ask where the refund actually is, so I have still not received the bond refund yet. They will try and steal your money.
Oxygen are the best! I've dealt with two property managers over the past five years, most recently the lovely Binnie, and the service they provide is stellar. Very supportive, clear communication, easy and efficient processes to follow when repairs are needed. They set a very high bar and standard for service - I wouldn't rent with anyone else.
From the time I met Dyanna and then Vicki the service we have received has been nothing but top notch. Nothing is an issue because they just deal with things with care respect and professionalism.
