Yesterday my hot water wasn't going,I contacted my tenancy manager Leanne,she had it sorted within an hour or so,I'm happy and my family are happy,thank you Leanne.
Our property manager Lindsey Hambleton is amazing. I would definitely recommend her and Oxygen Property Management to anyone. She goes the extra mile as proven with us. She is friendly and professional and we love working with her.
Katy is the property manager i deal with and she is awesome, communication is definitely a key role she gets things sorted as fast as she can, lets me know in advance of any new changes. So because of that I've had no issues. So thank you Katy.

Good services and quick response for tenants.
If we have some emergency problems like damage inside the house are very fast to respond to fixed it..
For dana Qi she genuinely helps us with managing our rental property and for us who is always busy do rely on her skill & judgement and assistance to support us through the journey of looking after our welfare and the tenants as well

Sandy was very friendly, she listen to problem’s and sort it out immediately. Given good walkthrough of the QR code and the process for maintenance. Moreover my kids clean up their room when I say Sandy is coming to check the house and they know they get Chocolate😊
