I purchased an investment property in Upper Hutt in 2006. I purchased the adjoining property in 2017. These properties were on a cross lease. Oxygen Property Management managed both these properties for me. Karen Stevens-Bevan manged my properties for a number of years after which Maria Aiulu managed my properties until I recently sold them. I have always worked away from home including working in Australia. I always had peace of mind knowing that my properties were in good hands through both Karen and then Maria. Both Karen and Maria were very easy to work with. They were always very friendly and professional. Maria went over and above to ensure that my properties were in good order and ready for settlement day when they were transferred over to the buyer.
