Badkameraccessoires ter waarde van 432€ besteld in maart, nog steeds niet ontvangen. Het pakket zou geretourneerd zijn omdat het niet afgehaald is,ik heb echter geen bericht gekregen van de vervoerder. Er zou mij een nieuw pakket opgestuurd worden als het pakket terug aankomt in hun magazijn maar tot op heden niks ontvangen. Op mijn vraag om terugbetaling wordt niet gereageerd. Er wordt mij nu al maanden gezegd dat ik geduld moet hebben, geduld is op.

We were very happy with the website and its portrayal of the product but when asked to pay almost $100 aus delivery charge for $160 purchase it was time to say GOODNIGHT SUCKER after a good look we waited a few more days (delivery) for a much reduced time frame Hoping the products arrival excites us more than the ADDDDDD ONNNNNS at check out

I could find no information on the weight of the jacket I was purchasing or find contact details so that I could request the information. I am travelling and need a jacket that is lightweight so the information was important.

False advertising
False advertising – completely misled. I purchased a beanie that was clearly advertised as being made from cotton. What I received, however, is a beanie made from a synthetic blend of acrylic, polyester, and nylon. This is not what was described, and I feel completely ripped off.
