Very efficient service at the Playa Del Ingles office, both at pick-up on 8/7/2025 and return on 11/7/2025.No attempt to sell unwanted excess insurance, just an explanation of the choice I had to take it or not. I'm not entirely sure the car I was given was truly an equivalent of the VW Polo I booked although that didn't detract from excellent service otherwise.
The lady at the front desk was very helpful, we got a c class car: toyota with 6gears. Well kept and clean. Air con and eveything was on point. No waiting when picking up, and legt the car outside theor office and delivered the keys;) I can recommend Orlando car rental via Bahia Feliz;)
Ik huurde een auto via DoYouSpain (DYS) in Playa del Ingles aan een promotioneel tarief bij Orlando. Bij afhaling waren de dames aan de balie zeer vriendelijk. De auto op zich was een wrak. Zeer oude Citroen C3 met heel veel kilometer op de teller. Motor gaf steeds een technische storing aan die moest hersteld worden. Volgens Orlando kon dat geen kwaad. Versnellingsbak was murw gereden. De bergen door in eerste en tweede versnelling is geen pretje. Op de autostrade kon geen snelheid gehaald worden. Auto was rondom beschadigd en het interieur was vies. Geen publiciteit noch voor Orlando, noch voor DYS. Neem geen verzekering bij DYS, Orlando biedt een gelijkaardige verzekering aan voor +/- dezelfde prijs en als je die neemt hoef je geen borg te stellen.
UNA AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA! Varios motivos por los que no alquilaría de nuevo aquí. Pedimos una silla de viaje para bebé, que por lo pronto nos cobraron prácticamente la mitad de lo que costó alquilar el coche durante 3 días. La silla está rota y no realiza su función de seguridad debidamente, lo notifiqué y me dijeron que no tenían más, pero lo peor de todo en este aspecto es que la silla me la dejaron en la carretera para que la montase yo, viendo que iba con un bebé, mi mujer muy embarazada y cargado de maletas. Un falta de hospitalidad y profesionalidad tremenda. Al montarme en el coche veo que el depósito no está lleno y le falta 1/4, y me hicieron firmar un depósito lleno para devolverlo lleno, lo notifiqué también por supuesto, y me ignoraron. El trato fue horroroso a la hora de gestionar estas discrepancias; no se preocuparon ni tampoco se hicieron cargo. Al montarnos al coche notamos que hay varias cosas rotas dentro del coche y me di media vuelta para notificarlas también, ya que no cogí el seguro a todo riesgo, y al no estar anotadas en el mapa de daños me dijeron textualmente: si quieres quedarte tranquilo contrata el seguro a todo riesgo, que supuso prácticamente la totalidad del alquiler del coche. En definitiva, el precio de esta empresa, que es lo más atractivo, se convierte en un engaño al tener que contratar el seguro, porque los coches están hechos una porquería y los extras, como por ejemplo silla de coche. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. Ha sido un error por querer ahorrarme algún dinero, que me ha salido más caro y encima me llevo un sabor de boca muy muy agrio.

costa calma car hire i reserved my car via do you spain should of been 35 euro for 4 days got there car was not there re rented another car at which i didnt know at the time an extra 58 euro on top of my original 35 price talking me into having the extra insurance and said if you buy this you can bring it back with less fuel no charge but the fined me another 30 euro so its cost 120 euro for 4 days no ones seems to know what there doing there you have been warned complained a few times there not intrested
Obciążyli naszą kartę kredytową mimo że samochód był zwrócony w idealnym stanie. Nie można sie z nimi skontaktować, nikt nie odbiera telefonów w biurze obsługi klienta, na odpowiedź mailową czekamy ponad 20 dni! Nie polecamy!!!
Los coches correctos, modelos muy actuales y muy limpio el trato con los chicos correcto, hay alguna cosa no me gusto, pero merecen un 5 porque el precio es muy, pero que muy económico. Creo que los vehículos deberían llevar GPS, pues tienes que estar todo el dia con el mobil enchufado, al final todos somos turistas y necesitamos que nos guien Sería mas cómodo que las entregas de los vehículos se hiciese en el mismo aeropuerto, reconozco que con su transfer no tienes ningun problema. Lo recomiendo plenamente, yo los volveré a alquilar, seguro.
This company are a Rip Off. I paid my 660 Euro excess on my credit card against any damage CDW. I pointed out a few scratches on the bodywork of the car, when I pick up the car. "No problem I was told we know about them" We took pictures anyway. When we returned the car a lady came over took our paper work off us, walked around the car and checked inside. "All fine" she said, " just wait there and the bus will be here to take you to the airport" When I got home Checked my card statement and they had only returned 311 Euro to my card, keeping 349 Euro WHY! I have no idea. Despite phoning them and contacting the hire company. I have not heard anything from them, for over 2 months. Please do not trust this company!
Wenn ich die Bewertungen lese, scheint die Fa. Orlando Rental Cars systematisch zu betrügen. Wir hatten über Weihnachten 2019 für zehn Tage ein Auto angemietet, vermittelt durch billiger-mietwagen.de, Veranstalter war Car del Mar. Bei der Übernahme des Wagens (Kia Rio) mit 65550km auf der Uhr fehlte die Kofferraumabdeckung. Das hat uns weiter nicht gekümmert, weil diese regelmäßig bei spanischen Vermietern fehlt (wir hatten im letzten Jahr 7-mal auf dem Festland Autos angemietet). Nachdem wir durch die Guardia Civil und das Hotelpersonal auf häufige Diebstähle hingewiesen wurden, haben wir 2 Tage später beim Vermieter um eine Abdeckung gebeten.Die wurde auch eingebaut, allerdings stellte sich dabei heraus, dass die Halterung gebrochen war. Nach Abgabe des Fahrzeugs (Wörtlich: 'Alles OK') wurden uns für diesen Schaden 319 Euro von der Kaution einbehalten. Die Versicherung (Generali), die wir abgeschlossen hatten zahlt keine Schäden im Innenraum. Da es unmöglich ist, alle Vorschäden bei einem Auto mit der genannten Laufleistung zu dokumentieren, rate ich dringend davon ab, solche Autos zu akzeptieren. Orlando RC ist offenbar mit einer ordentlichen Portion krimineller Energie ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine 0 Punkte als Bewertung. Die Voll-Voll-Regelung scheint Orlando übrigens auch nicht zu interessieren. Der Wagen hatte bei der Anmietung einen nur 6/8 vollen Tank. Es ist unmöglich, das Auto wieder mit 6/8 abzugeben.
Didn`t got back my caution, even they told me all is fine and we will get the 375 Euros returned on my bank account. We also got an car with a lot of scraches and nothing happenedin that 3 days we used it. In Teneriffe, 375 Euros! Until now i never received anything back
