Reliable for maintenance items
Go here regularly for oil, filters, and other maintenance supplies. Never had issues with part quality and they often have sales on common items. The rewards program is decent too.

Reviewers generally find O'Reilly Auto to be a reliable option for vehicle maintenance, often praising the quality of parts and competitive prices. Many customers appreciate the helpful staff who provide installation tips and diagnostic assistance, with one reviewer noting a significant cost saving compared to dealership prices. The store is frequently recognized for its good selection of both budget and premium parts, making it a solid choice for DIY projects. However, some consumers express frustration with the return policy, describing experiences as disappointing, particularly when trying to return unopened items. Additionally, the availability of parts can be inconsistent, with some customers reporting delays due to inaccurate online inventory. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, the majority of feedback leans positively towards O'Reilly Auto.

Went in looking for brake pads and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my 2018 Honda Civic and even showed me how to check if they were the right fit.... See more

Went in looking for brake pads and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my 2018 Honda Civic and even showed me how to check if they were the right fit. Prices are competitive and they had everything in stock. Will definitely be back for future automotive needs.
The parts quality is good and they usually have what I need, but the customer service can be inconsistent. Some employees are super helpful while others seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. The online ordering system works well though, and curbside pickup is convenient.

My check engine light came on and they ran a free diagnostic scan. Not only did they tell me what was wrong, but the technician explained exactly what needed to be fixed and showed me the part. Ended up buying the oxygen sensor there and installing it myself. Great service!
Always stop here before doing my own oil changes. They have all the filters and oil types I need, and the prices are reasonable. Much cheaper than going to a quick lube place.
The convenience factor is great since there's one close to my house, but the prices are definitely higher than online retailers. Good for emergency repairs when you need something right away.
Needed a new battery urgently and they had me sorted in 15 minutes. Free installation too which was a nice bonus.
Sometimes they have exactly what I need in stock, other times I have to wait 2-3 days for common parts. The online inventory checker isn't always accurate which can be frustrating when you drive across town for nothing.
Love that they carry both budget and premium options for most parts. The staff can usually point you toward helpful YouTube videos or provide basic installation tips. Tool loaner program is fantastic for those one-off jobs.
Been shopping here for years for my fleet of work trucks. They consistently have quality parts at fair prices. The commercial desk knows their stuff and can usually get special orders quickly. Only complaint is the parking lot gets crazy busy on weekends.
Dealership wanted $300 for a cabin air filter replacement. O'Reilly had the part for $25 and showed me how to install it myself in the parking lot. Took 5 minutes and saved me a fortune. These guys know their stuff and actually care about helping customers.
