Finger Weg
Finger Weg, Betrug. Wir haben über Check24 einen Mietwagen bezahlt, als Vermittler wurde uns Orbir Car Hire genannt. Vermieter war dann RecordsGo am Flughaben in Palma. Nach Vorlage des Gutscheines wurde mir gesagt, dass es mit der Firma keine Geschäftsbeziehung gibt und wir nun einen neuen Vertrag machen müssen. Das grenzte schon an Nötigung. Fall wurde dann Check24 gmeldet, nach Prüfung wurden wir wieder an Orbit Car Hire verwiesen und aufgefordert, über unsere Kreditkartenfirma das Geld zurückzuholen. Auch hier hat Check24 absolut mies reagiert. Kann von solchen Geschäften nur abraten.

Tutto molto bene, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, grande gentilezza e professionalità. Da migliorare solo la segnaletica per la presa ed il rilascio dell'auto a Fontanarossa (Catania): in mezzo a decine di noleggiatori e parcheggi privati non è troppo facile orientarsi. Consiglio l'invio della posizione. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff e continuate così. PM

Worst car rental company I've dealt with
The Supplier of the car contacted me just before my flight is departing to cancel the booking as they no longer had a 7 seater car avaialable. They held the broker (i.e. Orbit Car Hire) responsible for this mistake. I was stuck on the road for over 5 hours trying to organise another 7 seater. The contact numbers provided did not work/answer and we had no other option to give up and take a taxi. The taxi was so expensive. My deposit has still not been refunded. You should not advertise 7 seater cars, and then process reservations and vouchers if you can not honour them. Absolutely disgraceful. I would never recommend this company. Instead I would advise against booking with this company! We even tried booking another 7 seater via orbit car hire on the day. We got to the payment page, the card got authorised and a pending charge was placed on the credit card but no confirmation came through for the booking. It seems like there is a pattern of taking your money but not providing a car.
