Clear and simple collection and return…
Clear and simple collection and return process, all explained well. Very fair pricing. Car was clean and presentable on collection. I have given 5 stars because the staff and process at both ends were great, the car wasn't what I ordered though, a Citroen C4 when I ordered a VW Tiago. Uncomfortable and very awkward to enter and exit, but it worked well enough and was reliable and efficient.

Took a while to get picked up from the airport but everyone was pleasant and friendly. The car was ready and in good order, counter staff flexible with getting documents sorted and signed online to expedite things. Easy return and quick transfer back to the airport. I would book them again.
