Happy Hire
One star less on account of delay to collection - evidently they were busy and things seemed to be flowing much more smoothly when I returned the car. Car (a C3) was fine, driving in Madeira quite the experience. Returned vehicle undamaged with a refilled tank and everything was good - Way2Madeira went above and beyond getting me to my next destination, so very satisfied with value and their service over-all.

No insurance included even purchased Premium Cover
We have booked a car via Orbit at Palermo Airport. The car company was actually Wheego. Selected Premium cover at extra cost but at Wheego office we were told the car was completely uninsured and we cannot drive it without insurance. We had to pay 300 EUR for insurance, when asked Wheego how come they cannot see Premium cover, they said they do not know anything about and they do not communicate with Orbit. They also wanted to give us manual intermediate car even though we booked compact automatic. They managed to swap to automatic but it was a big car which you do not want to drive in Italy. Overall bad experience, it cost us 5 times more. Just to confirm the main issue was that Wheego said that they will not clarify the insurance issue with Orbit as they do not have any contact details and they just do not care.

The collection and return of the car was quick and easy. Europcar upgraded our choice to a larger car. Very economical on petrol. Comfortable, clean and large boot.
