Kein Mietwagen, aber Anzahlung einbehalten!
Auto über Check24 bei Orbit Car Hire für 18:00 zur Abholung gebucht. Flug hatte Verspätung (Flugnummer war dem Verleiher bekannt), so dass der Wagen erst etwa eine Stunde später entgegengenommen werden konnte. Der äußerst unfreundliche und flegelhafte Mitarbeiter der Autovermietung Viaggiare Rent erklärte, dass der Vertrag wegen Verspätung storniert sei und er kein Auto für uns hat. Auf Nachfragen ging er nicht ein und warf uns sehr unfreundlich aus seinem Büro. Für ca. 80 Euro brachte uns ein Taxi zu unserer Unterkunft. Einen Mietwagen haben wir uns später auf eigene Initiative vor Ort beschafft und bezahlt. Die Anfrage von Check24, ob uns zumindest die Anzahlung zurückerstattet würde, hat Orbit Car Hire abgelehnt. Ich würde gerne erfahren, wer die Anzahlung für welche Leistung erhalten hat. Werde mir weitere Schritte in dieser Angelegenheit vorbehalten.

Great service at Bezier using EuropeCar via Orbit. Seamless and easy at pick-up and drop-off and very knowledgeable staff providing 'all you need to know information'. Car very clean and a good drive Corsa. Thanks.

Easy and Affordable
Very easy to book. The car was brought to the hotel and there were not many documents to sign - 0 fuzz. The price was very affordable and the deposit was more than reasonable unlike other companies I looked into. I was given the option to drop off the car at the airport or leave at the hotel which was very convenient. Overall, my experience was 10/10

In the search for a rental car company that, you know what..
In the search for a company that is not trying constantly to rip you off, this place (although there are many names and companies tied up in this group) seemed to be OK. The pick up was good, although some people were complaining of waiting a long time, I cannot confirm this. The process had a serious amount of papers and signature requirements, but that seems to be the norm nowadays. Returning was great, there were not many people there and it all went very smooth and i was shuttled off to T2 within no time at all. I am still on the lookout for the 1500 insurance deposit, but they promised it was all on its way.
