Concerns about Funky smell and Inability to properly open NOT addressed
I received the packaged bottle and opened the bubble wrap - was immediately assailed by an unpleasant funky smell. Nevertheless, I decided to open it to see if the contents was okay. Couldn't open the bottle - the split cap just kept spinning no matter what I tried. I emailed 1-on-1 enclosing pictures of the split cap, detailing the smell etc. - no reply for several days. So I called. In response to my concern and my request for a return, the polite person I spoke to wouldn't even consider a return - instead she refused to address the "funky smell" and suggested that PUTTING THE BOTTLE IN THE FREEZER would help me open it. and that I would have to do that EVERY TIME I WANTED TO USE IT. I think she could have at least said there WAS an option to return it if I continued to be concerned - but apparently, it's money wasted - down the drain. 1-0n-1 has a great product idea, but after this experience, I'll look elsewhere for similar products to purchase.
