Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

De verkoper annuleert de verzending omdat opeens het product kapot is, dit nadat ik de koopprijs maar ook de kopersbescherming en de verzendkosten van 15 euro heb betaald ! Vervolgens krijg ik alleen de aankoopprijs terug ???? Omg

Ich kann an der Stelle nur eine eingeschränkte Bewertung abgeben. Es hat am Ende alles gut funktioniert und zur gewünschten Rückerstattung geführt. Vorausgegangen war allerdings eine Einigung mit dem Verkäufer diesbezüglich. Wie die Plattform funktioniert wenn gegensätzliche Standpunkte vorhanden sind kann ich nicht einschätzen. Für mich und den Verkäufer war es auch nicht ganz ohne Hürde über die Plattform zu agieren da der Zugang nicht so ganz "idiotensicher" ist und man dabei nicht sicher ist die richtige Aktion auszulösen. Da wäre mehr Eindeutigkeit hilfreich.
