Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Fall wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit abgewickelt. Dass alles automatisch geht und man nicht mit einem Mitarbeiter sprechen kann ist beunruhigend. Ich würde mir eine genaue Prozessbeschreibung wünschen.

Een grote teleurstelling
Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld in de kopersbescherming. Ik heb een bestelling ontvangen die incompleet was, stonk en een deel niet zoals in de advertentie aangegeven. Ik heb betaald voor kopersbescherming maar als koper ben ik helemaal niet beschermd. Ik ben gecompenseerd voor het ontbrekende deel niet voor het stinkende deel en voor het deel wat niet was als in de advertentie is aangegeven.

Eea goed opgelost gelukkig en ontving goede informatie. Hierbij meld ik niet blij te zijn met de kopersbescherming. Ik ben bang hierdoor juist gedoe te krijgen. Wat ik nog nooit ondervonden heb. Robot begrijpt mij niet
Helaas op alle mogelijke manieren mijn betalingsproblemen uitgelegd, maar de robot bleef het niet begrijpen. Ook de vraag of ik dan met een “echt” persoon kon praten werd niet begrepen.
