Very weak service
Very weak service. Had to deal with this 3x now. Via marktplaats you pay for their service to ensure that the deal goes well. Most of the time they don’t add anything, but then when it eventually goes wrong they close the ticket immediately. Keep cash from you (if you do not make an issue) even though the seller already has been marked as a Fraud and do not refund shipping labels even when nothing was sent with the label. Honestly I would only recommend this service if you already do not trust a Seller and you are willing to take a risk/gamble (losing 5% to their *service*)

Trotz Rücksendung sehr hohe Kosten.
Ich habe ein Kauf getätigt in der Beschreibung stand, dass der Artikel neu ist. Bekommen habe ich etwas defektes. In der Abwicklung musste ich die transportierten 2x übernehmen und die zusätzlichen Gebühren für die Absicherung. Somit hat mich dafür das ich nichts in der Hand habe das ganze ca.16€ gekostet.

Beim Käuferschutz gehen die Versandkosten zu Lasten des Geschädigten. Ein absolutes Unding. Ich wurde vom Verkäufer getäuscht und muss die Versandkosten für die Rücklieferung der Ware zahlen. Für mich ist das KEIN guter Service von Kleinanzeigen. Ich werde diese Plattform nicht mehr nutzen.
