Disappointing Experience with Online Legal India
My experience with Online Legal India has been extremely disappointing. Initially, they asked for a small amount to send a notice to the opposing party. However, after the notice was sent, they demanded a significantly larger sum to file the case. Believing this would be the last payment, I complied. They then appointed an advocate, but soon after, I was asked for even more money for paperwork. Each time, they assured me that it was the final payment and that I would win the case. Unfortunately, even after all these payments, the advocate informed me that I needed to pay more money for court proceedings. This constant demand for additional payments, under the pretext of being the final one, has left me frustrated and feeling misled.

Good service
I called up customer service to know the status of the case , I have registered. They said my advocate Madhumita Barik will get in touch with me in 24 hrs. I was asked to get in touch with online chat in the website for quick response. When I accessed the online chat, "Sudeshna" responded that the status of the case will be provided by the advocate.I am now waiting for the said call and so far happy the way the case is dealt. 21/08/2024. 13.25 hrs.
