I applied for a central FSSAI license six months ago, regretting why I used their services! The permit is still pending! Problems I faced: - the team is unorganized with no co-ordination, - The team is not skilled even in basic English; the English used while communicating with FSSAI officials is pathetic. The sales team hides facts while selling; they will never tell you the complexity, they will only say yes to every question you ask, - I observed they filled out the form without GST, which might be why the application is pending! - While dealing with them, you will feel as if you are dealing with a Government office; they take no responsibility for anything. If there is no customer support, you will end up chasing every different person in the company; no one replies to emails! - Will they never share receipts of payments made to the govt office? - in the name of business registration, they charged me a hefty amount in the name of govt fees - They never disclosed that business registration is needed while taking money! List is long, these guys are not professionals! Be careful while dealing with them.

i found this service when i searched for consumer rights and process for filing complaint, the chat window has a customer care executive active at all times. i was immediately contacted and my grievances were noted. immediately the next day i recieved a call, protocol for taking my complaint further and an advocate has taken forward my case. my case is still undergoing through the process and im not sure what will happen next. but i can confidently say that approaching online legal has given my complaint a direction and platform

For first notice to the seller, this onlinelegalindia charged me 3k+. As there was no response from the seller, they asked me to file consumer complaint. I agreed and asked them to file the consumer complaint. I also asked them to wait for a week to pay their fee 13k. But they started calling me more than 50 times to pay their fee saying that the complaint has to be filed immediately. They also listed me the so many services they are providing on the payment. The moment I made payment, they disappeared. When I called them, they said they can only tell the phone of a lawyer, whom I should contact. I asked why can't they do the services as promised? They repeatedly said same thing, again and again. When I called the lawyer, he told me that he will contact me once he receives the file. After a week time this online fraudulent company sent me phone and email address of the lawyer with statement "we will not be responsible for ANY action taken by the lawyer". So, I sent an email saying it's against the promises they made to me. I asked them to return my amount. They replied me to contact that lawyer. For every email they repeat the same. I'm planning to first file a case case against this fraudulent onlinelegalindia. Com

Online legal support is the requirement of present. It's good platform to avail legal services. However customer couldn't be able to call directly to support team. This is the measure drawback and can be improved.

I really disappointed from this Online legal India services while registering tye details and before making the payment informed my case was more than 6 years old would be able get advice for resolving my case thn the sales person said yes will allin the expert who can resolve ur 6, years old case after making payment, I got call from Geetanjali Advocate after saying the case was more than 6 years she said not possible Directly and disconnected my call pettetic services don't register with those services very bad experience wasting money , very big fraud they are doing with public: 8892680124
