I called up customer service to know the status of the case , I have registered. They said my advocate Madhumita Barik will get in touch with me in 24 hrs. I was asked to get in touch with online chat in the website for quick response. When I accessed the online chat, "Sudeshna" responded that the status of the case will be provided by the advocate.I am now waiting for the said call and so far happy the way the case is dealt. 21/08/2024. 13.25 hrs.
