Feels like a fraud. It has been more than one year without any resolution. They keep asking me to pay money. They keep changing lawyer. After payment, the email IDs become invalid and emails bounce. On calling customer care I am asked to call lawyer from my side. Emails are unauthentic. They refrain doing communications over email.
No results No follow-ups Not bothered to check what happened to the case. Young lawyers just communicated but when the legal notice bounced back from address they are sitting quite since 5 months now

नाही हमारा ट्रेड मार्क का एप्लिकेशन फिल किया, ना कोई हमसे डॉक्यूमेंट जमा किए, खाली अपना बिल बढ़ाने की बातें फोन पे की, हमसे अलग अलग सर्विसेस के नाम पर पैसे ज्यादा मागे गए। मैने 1999 + 18%GST= 2359/- का प्लान लिया था, उसको और बढ़ाकर 8799 + 18%GST= 10383 /- ऐसा टोटल 12742 रूपये का मैने पेमेंट किया है। और बिल बढ़ाकर 30000 का पेमेंट करने के लिये दिन भर कई कॉल हमे किए गये l मुझे बोला गया कि पूरा पेमेंट करे तभी आपका एप्लिकेशन प्रॉसेस होगा, हर कस्टमर से जितना ज्यादा पैसा निकाल सके उतना निकलते है, इनकी रिफंड पॉलिसी कस्टमर फ्रेंडली नहीं है, बढ़ते बिल के कारण कोई सर्विस कैंसल करना चाहे तों उसका पूरा किया हवा पेमेंट डूब जाता हैं। ऐसी कोई भी कानून नहीं है कि 24 घंटे के अंदर सर्विस कैंसल करने पे इतना बड़ा अमाउंट नॉन रिफंड बताकर रख ले। मैने 24 घंटे के अंदर सर्विस कैंसल के लिये मेल किया था। हमे आपका सर्विस नहीं चहिए तो कृपया हमारा पैसा हमे रिफंड करें। ऑनलाइन लीगल इंडिया ट्रेड मार्क के नाम पर लोगो को बेवकूफ बनाकर लुटते है, सबसे बड़ी फ्रॉड कंपनी हैं, हमारा पैसा हमे रिफंड नहीं मिला तो हम अब कोर्ट मे केस करने वाले हैं, मैंने कई बार रिफंड के लिए मेल किए, मुझे अभी तक रिफंड नहीं मिला, OLI19851729922566 चेक करके रिफंड करे, मुझे रिफंड चाहिए। लोगों से निवेदन हे, ये फ्रॉड कंपनी हैं, गलत जानकारी देकर लोगों को लुटते हैं, मेरे जैसे किसी का पेमेंट फसा हुवा हे तो सब मिलकर इन पर केस करे। ऑनलाइन लीगल इंडिया के बारे मे you tube पर सर्च करे, बहुत लोगो के साथ इस कंपनी ने फ्रॉड किया है।
