The process is well maintained but I wish there were a little faster processing of the issues and the complaint data is not leaked outside to any third party. As soon I filed the complaint, Kitabkopy without even legal notice published to them, contacted me early morning at 7 to make sure my book was express delivered which gave me suspicion of someone leaking the matter to them.

its fake company once you made payment you will not able to contact them because online legal india has no customer service number from which you can talk to them, you can only request call back which will not come. they took 1700rs from me now i am not getting any response and i can not contact them.

The whole process starting from filing the complaint on their online portal to the assignment of lawyer and creation of legal notice took very less time, even though there were some delays from my side. The customer service representatives are very well trained and succinct in their responses in order to get the job done as quickly as possible.
