The case is still ongoing so asking for feedback before its completed is nonsensical. As far as initial case documentation stage, have not experienced too much hassle and lawyers legal notice was succinct and to the point so that was great. [Edited 24 Oct, 2024] Company was relatively coordinated and punctual in their communication/coordination but after receiving their biggest payment for PRC (Court proceedings) which ranges from Rs.12k and above they have almost completely stopped communications and it feels like an even greater hassle than the cases themselves just to get an answer or confirmation via simple emails to have customer at peace that their case is in good hands. Sad that customer working hard, getting stressed by law offenders and trying to get justice but end up being waylaid by a law handling company itself. I will change review once Im done with my case so I can share my overall experience better.

Utterly disappointing service. The fees is charged upfront without even knowing what the matter is. I had paid Rs. 1192/- for the property documents review. First of all, let me be clear -- THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL FRAUDSTERS. I still can't believe how these guys are scamming people on Google. If you search for "trademark," their ad will show up at the top. Once you visit their website for the first time, you will start seeing their ads on Google, YouTube, Instagram, and everywhere else. They showcase fake achievements and other things that make them seem genuine. After submitting some of my contact details, within a minute, these fraudsters called me and said I should get both a wordmark and a device mark for trademark success. They convinced me, and I paid them around ₹4,800 as they promised a 100% refund guarantee in payment request email. Afterward, I searched for their reviews on Google and found 30k+ great reviews on trustpilot, but I became suspicious when I spoke with them. I checked on Quora, reddit and other places and found out that they are professional fraudsters. I asked for a refund, but they never refunded me, citing their terms and conditions. Thank God I didn’t pay them the additional ₹28,000 for the full trademark registration (wordmark + device mark). Your money is at stake. PLEASE DON'T PAY THEM. These people are fraudsters.

I have never in my life seen a more unprofessional organisation. I had asked their help regarding a fraud case to which they assured me that there is a high chance that the money will be recovered. After I paid their fees, I didn’t hear from them for 2-3 weeks. Getting on call with them takes 1-2 days, they never pick up the calls nor do they reply to emails. Eventually I had to go file an FIR myself. So essentially all they did was take some basic information from me and then stopped replying to my follow up emails. Seems like they’re just targeting people who have been caught in cyber crimes for easy money themselves. Will make sure that anyone I know never get in touch with them for anything.
