Beware of Professional Trademark Scammers – My Experience with Fraudsters
First of all, let me be clear -- THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL FRAUDSTERS. I still can't believe how these guys are scamming people on Google. If you search for "trademark," their ad will show up at the top. Once you visit their website for the first time, you will start seeing their ads on Google, YouTube, Instagram, and everywhere else. They showcase fake achievements and other things that make them seem genuine. After submitting some of my contact details, within a minute, these fraudsters called me and said I should get both a wordmark and a device mark for trademark success. They convinced me, and I paid them around ₹4,800 as they promised a 100% refund guarantee in payment request email. Afterward, I searched for their reviews on Google and found 30k+ great reviews on trustpilot, but I became suspicious when I spoke with them. I checked on Quora, reddit and other places and found out that they are professional fraudsters. I asked for a refund, but they never refunded me, citing their terms and conditions. Thank God I didn’t pay them the additional ₹28,000 for the full trademark registration (wordmark + device mark). Your money is at stake. PLEASE DON'T PAY THEM. These people are fraudsters.
