The company is not even worthy of a single star, but no way to go below that. The service from the company is abysmal and utterly disgusting. It's a nightmare to get your work done once the payment is done. They don't even have a proper customer service desk. You cannot get in touch with the concerned authorities of your case and from your side. Only the company can contact you.

Scammers scammed 40k in one shot. Congratulations. IDGAF. But others beware of them, please.

1. The first advocate allocated to me was not doing an honest job and I got her replaced. 2. The second advocate also missed a couple of points, but she got it mostly right. 3. Maybe OLI can provide a tool to your legal team to run a grammar check. 4. Overall, it is cost effective. 5. The callback system is not very effective. I get calls when I have not requested for callback. And when I want to discuss with my advocate, it raises a callback request. 6. OLI needs to consider an inbuilt mechanism to allow messaging or other forms of collaboration, apart from the schedule a call back on phone. 7. The uploads document section has to be thought through to me made more practical. For example, it says to put all financial documents in one PDF, which may not always be possible. It does not have space to upload all correspondence in one shot. 8. I may go for further legal services.

Worst experience ever I have seen, they only tell you the first steps and which leagal notice they sent in that the letter head is forged and even in the notice at the signatures place they written the name only is the professional way 😔😔😔😔😔😔

Its a mix review. The advocates associated with this firm are decent and very patient to explain everything. The sales on the other hand is very rude, make false claims, misguide you with wrong information so you could purchase a higher plan. Their response team is also very slow, took me 20 days just to file an application with them becuase of miscommunication and misguidance until the advocate was assigned.

In One word if i want to say about this, it's not Online Legal India ITS A ONLINE ILLEGAL INDIA. and if i want to give rating for this i will give MINUS 100, people are working in this all are irresponsible and only money minded. they took my money 19000 and did not give a single service they say one thing on call and they do one thing on reality, and out of that they are asking additional payment 3000 which they did not mentioned before over the call or mail. i really suggest please people don't go with these services and burn your money as well as time. world best cheaters and robbers and thief’s are there in this organisation.
