Initially Good and Poor Coordination after PRC Payment
The case is still ongoing so asking for feedback before its completed is nonsensical. As far as initial case documentation stage, have not experienced too much hassle and lawyers legal notice was succinct and to the point so that was great. [Edited 24 Oct, 2024] Company was relatively coordinated and punctual in their communication/coordination but after receiving their biggest payment for PRC (Court proceedings) which ranges from Rs.12k and above they have almost completely stopped communications and it feels like an even greater hassle than the cases themselves just to get an answer or confirmation via simple emails to have customer at peace that their case is in good hands. Sad that customer working hard, getting stressed by law offenders and trying to get justice but end up being waylaid by a law handling company itself. I will change review once Im done with my case so I can share my overall experience better.
