I am very satisfied

I am very satisfied. I share my health problems and get an answer about what I can buy from the pharmacy and the next day I start the treatment. This saves me a lot of headaches. An hour for a GP appointment, or a lot of money in private

Poor communication, ignored messages and now I am without the medication ordered

Poor communication. Prescription was cancelled once, reordered, and cancelled again, but I was not told it was being cancelled. Essentially I waited two weeks before being informed my medicine was not available. I have had email messages via the online contact form completely ignored, yet the website says messaged should be picked up by a doctor within three days. completely ignored. This service is appalling and the ethics of the system are highly questionable.

Order approved online but not ready in the pharmacy

I ordered a prescription online. It was approved straight away and I was informed that it would be ready to collect at the Wrexham store pharmacy within 2 hours. But when I went to collect that same day, the pharmacist informed me that it was not in fact ready, and that they'd had to order it in for pickup later in the week. There is a major discrepancy between what the online status is and the actual status of the medication by the time you arrive at the pharmacy to collect it.

Sent off a blood test over 2weeks ago

Sent off a blood test over 2weeks ago, still no results back, despite numerous phone calls and emails, no responce, absolutely a dire compsny.I am getting my solicitor involved to reclaim the money I spent with these Incompetents. I Would give ZERO stars if I could. Avoid.
