Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Been using Lloyds Pharmacy for a few years now as I know their products will be top grade and safe to use. With that and their consultations I'm always confident in using their products.

The first part of the experience was very professional and efficient! The consultation and the purchase of medicines was complete within 15 minutes but I wish I could say the same about the actual delivery of medicine! I completed the purchase on Monday morning, it is now Thursday afternoon and Iβm still waiting for the delivery! Itβs just as well that Iβm not in any pain or discomfort because this is just not acceptable! There is an option to pay Β£5 extra for delivery the next day, but I refuse to pay such an high postage fee for something as small as only 4 pills that cost Β£25! Example: I paid Β£5 to post some scrap gold with Royal Mail and the contents of the package was worth Β£800 and it was insured by Royal Mail for Β£2000 included in the Β£5 postage fee!

Next day delivery was paid for, the order was placed late on Monday. Not for the first time the delivery by Evri scheduled for Wednesday did not happen with no explanation as to why. We currently have no further information from Evri as to when they will deliver. The Β£4.95 charged for expedited delivery was a waste of money
