Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

I ordered on Friday and payed for nextβ¦
I ordered on Friday and payed for next day delivery itβs now Monday and my parcel still hasnβt been delivered. EDIT: LLoyds pharmacy isnβt the problem they sent my parcel out straight away. The problem is they use Evri for delivery 7 out of 10 parcels in my experience I have had issues with when being delivered by Evri
