An expensive option for delivery the next day!
The first part of the experience was very professional and efficient! The consultation and the purchase of medicines was complete within 15 minutes but I wish I could say the same about the actual delivery of medicine! I completed the purchase on Monday morning, it is now Thursday afternoon and I’m still waiting for the delivery! It’s just as well that I’m not in any pain or discomfort because this is just not acceptable! There is an option to pay £5 extra for delivery the next day, but I refuse to pay such an high postage fee for something as small as only 4 pills that cost £25! Example: I paid £5 to post some scrap gold with Royal Mail and the contents of the package was worth £800 and it was insured by Royal Mail for £2000 included in the £5 postage fee!
