Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed

Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Money vs patient heath ??

I dislike the inflexible attitude to my weightloss treatment and the feeling that my regular payments are more important than my health and treatment. Firstly, when the dose has felt too high (either I didn't need to take the full dose to feel the required effects, or the full dose has made me feel unwell) and so I have had sufficient remaining to treat myself for another week, I have been "told off" by the Lloyds drs for delaying placing my order. This makes it look like they are more concerned about my money than health. I also had to wait for payday to place an order which resulted in same. I am currently on a 1mg dose and this feels too high and makes me feel nauseous or actually vomit. As a 54 y o woman, I think I can judge and take responsibility to take a smaller dose and be entitled to use what's left the following week. I could understand such concern if I was taking higher than the specified dose, but I'm not! Secondly, the feedback they want only provides closed questions with predetermined answers to choose from, rather than being able to explain my symptoms, which looks to me that answers are fed into a computer rather than being read by a person. I may switch to Boots or another provider if the service doesn't improve.

Don’t even try to buy Monjauro from Lloyds!!

Monjauro via Lloyds online doctor is a very bad experience, don’t even try and buy from them. We have to do a video so they can verify you are you and that your BMI is correct. The video is almost impossible to get it right. They seem to have a secret criteria about selecting who can get Mounjaro and who can’t?? It seems a very bizarre process, and there’s no other option besides the video. Don’t even try to buy from Lloyds because there’s something very strange with their system that won’t allow you to purchase what you need. Lloyds will now say they won’t recognise this review, this is because they refused to acknowledge the problem and quickly gave me a refund!

Very good service I have full trust in their expertise , they’ll ask you all the questions required to ensure that you are receiving the best treatment and make you aware of all pros and cons. At times seeing a GPs is not straight forward . It is handy in situations where you can’t wait several days to get a prescription

This journey has been a real success

This journey taking Mounjaro injections going through Lloyds pharmacy and my GP has been a real success. I feel safer using this service rather than ordering online injections not knowing what is in them. Im being looked after and monitored every step of the way. The Price is the same going legitimately and knowing that the product I'm using is the right one. I have tried to lose weight for years and made wrong choices in the past. My starting point was over16 stone and 6 weeks later eating healthier drinking less alcohol and getting more exercise I have lost over a stone. My Mental health is improving I feel more positive about the future and my overall health. The only downside is the price of the injections they are quite expensive but they are the same price everywhere. The difference with going through Lloyds Pharmacy is the peace of mind knowing that I'm using the right prescribed medication that is legit and being monitored every step of the way with nutrition and exercise advice. For a better healthier future I have stuck with this journey until I feel confident enough and in a place where I'm Happy with my overall health and appearance. Thank you Lloyds Pharmacy.
