Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed

Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Ordered a home blood test

Ordered a home blood test. I was notified that my sample arrived at the lab but then my results didn’t come. I requested an update from Lloyds who told me they were chasing the partner lab. I received no response so chased Lloyds again who said they were still chasing the partner lab. When I pointed out that I paid for a fast service and wasn’t receiving it, I then received another message saying my sample didn’t arrive at the lab and was lost. I have no confidence that they know what is happening and this is a time sensitive blood test that I must now wait another month to take if they’ve lost it.
