Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Consultation was thorough and medical review was approved quickly. Information on the website was clear and comprehensive. When I had a question not answered on the FAQ page I was able to speak to someone and get my query answered.

Far too expensive!!!
The product purchased, cost me Β£40 for 8 tablets with free delivery, however, I found another company which is verified and has 5 star truspilot reviews and the exact product and quantity cost me Β£15 plus Β£2.99 first class post and it arrived more quickly. This also included an online consultation. I will not be returning to Lloyds pharmacy based on this experience.

Requests for weight loss treatment are turned around on the same day, reminders are sent at the appropriate time. Next day weekday delivery and supply have been consistent. All questions have been dealt with speedily.
