Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Procedural change would be useful
Took some time to get sorted as far as a re-order goes. Why do i have to go through another consultation to order a medication for a non prescription item? However, the consultaion itself was straightforward and quickly completed/approved. A small change in procedure would solve the problem. Thank you Lloyds.
