Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Great service till something goes wrong
Have been using Lloyds online doctor since March for Mounjaro with no problems at all that is until this time, Ordered my next pen of 10mg on Tuesday 24th was despatched Tuesday via Evri, received a message from Evri yesterday saying that my parcel was delayed and will not be delivered that day, messaged Online Doctor though my patient record, as it states if you have a delay with delivery and it goes over the 36 hour deliver and am not going to be using the pen with in 7 days, as I still have 1 dose left in my last pen, and that due to it not being refrigerated within the 36 hours it is only going to have a 30 day shelf life so going to miss out on doses and at Β£200 a shot that is a lot of Money, it has been over 24hours that I messaged them and have heard nothing from them at all, currently my pen is sat in Evri warehouse somewhere.

You need to be good with your mobile phone.eow clear is the application process,?
Dreadful. Password failed so many times unbelievable. Then they ask you to do a video. Which to anyone with not a lot phone skills is very difficult. Instructions are not very clear to a novice. Yes they need to protect themselves but get a signed declaration that the ID is current and the photos are up to date. A good idea would be gor the patient to go to a local Lloyds Pharmacy and get the ID checked out.
