Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed

Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Placed an order online 7 days later I’ve still not received my order contacted Lloyds Pharmacy who said they are not dealing with it and I will be contacted by pharmacy2u. I’ve never heard of pharmacy2u. I still have not received my order and had no response from pharmacy2u.

Awful service. Would give 0 star if I could!

Awful customer service, paid €50 for what I thought was the medication I was purchasing, then turn up to the pharmacy and they tried to charge €160. Lloyds then said this was a ‘consultation’ fee although this was not stated on their website anywhere! Very misleading website and customer service is even worse. Stay clear and go to a different online service for medication.

They use EVRI as their delivery…

They use EVRI as their delivery partner. Although that should be enough said, I’ll explain. As efficient, as professional, as thorough as Lloyds Online Pharmacy are, it doesn’t mean anything if they rely on a delivery partner who’re prepared to leave medication that needs to be refrigerated, in the sun. Who change their delivery time to 5 minutes before they deliver it because it means they can finish early. Who deliver medication that needs to be refrigerated, over 2 days late. They are the absolute worst. They may well have changed their name but aside from that, absolutely nothing has changed from the HERMES days and (after actually finding the medication cheaper somewhere else, through frustration of dealing with EVRI) I’ll be sourcing my medication elsewhere
