Great service till something goes wrong
Have been using Lloyds online doctor since March for Mounjaro with no problems at all that is until this time, Ordered my next pen of 10mg on Tuesday 24th was despatched Tuesday via Evri, received a message from Evri yesterday saying that my parcel was delayed and will not be delivered that day, messaged Online Doctor though my patient record, as it states if you have a delay with delivery and it goes over the 36 hour deliver and am not going to be using the pen with in 7 days, as I still have 1 dose left in my last pen, and that due to it not being refrigerated within the 36 hours it is only going to have a 30 day shelf life so going to miss out on doses and at £200 a shot that is a lot of Money, it has been over 24hours that I messaged them and have heard nothing from them at all, currently my pen is sat in Evri warehouse somewhere.
