Quick respond and good delivery times thankfull
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Lloyds Pharmacy use Evri as their courier, and the delivery service Evri provide is very poor. I've had 3 deliveries not arrive now, and Lloyds Pharmacy seem to have changed their website so you can no longer get online help or report a missing delivery. Nobody answered the phone on their helpline. I've now changed to Superdrug who are more reliable and have better customer service.
